A feasibility analysis covers a large number of bases, including channelling the client’s ambitions into a statement of requirements, a location study or an assessment of the current range of products/services, analysis of alternative solutions with accompanying investment and exploitation costs, a global risk analysis, and project and process planning including the necessary decisions to be made. Possible sources of funding are also included, and the organisational setup may be drafted. Where necessary, the legal and procedural consequences are analysed as well. All of this is intended to support the decision-making process as effectively as possible.
